Dr. Ruma Satwik is a Consultant, Infertility specialist at Center of IVF, Sir Gangaram Hospital and has fourteen years of experience in the field of infertility.
She has helped several hundreds of couples realize their parenthood goals.
She graduated from Government Medical College Miraj in the year 2000; finished her Diploma in ObGy (DGO) from Dr. Vaishampayan Medical College Solapur, in 2003; received Diplomate of National Board in ObGy (DNB) from Delhi in 2006 and Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine (FNB) from the National Board, Delhi in 2010.
Her work encompasses treatments like IUI, IVF, ICSI, egg freezing and PGT.
She also performs Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic surgeries for endometriosis, myomas, tubal blockage, polyps, septum etc.
She stresses on quality care, patient-oriented approach, cost-effectiveness and transparency in care.
She also has an immense interest in research and teaching and likes to incorporate the latest guidelines into her practice.

Won the Sir Gangaram Hospital “Ravi K. Jerath’ awarded to the best outgoing student in the super-specialty category in 2010.
Won the national Final of the FOGSI-Dr. Usha Krishna Quiz 2008-2009 held in Jaipur in Jan 2009.
Won the best paper award (Dr. Amarendra Nath Dan Prize) in MCh category for the paper entitled: “Do probiotics have a role in the treatment of vaginitis?” presented at the 51st All India Congress of Obstetrics and Gynaecology held in New Delhi in Feb 2008.
Won the FOGSI north zone quiz on Adolescent Gynaecology held in Agra in July 2008.
